One of my greatest frustrations has been working with business owners who have had negative experiences working with other designers who kept them in the dark or didn't deliver on their promises.
I keep you in the loop at several "checkpoints" during your project and will send site previews for revisions during the design/copywriting process. I want you to be blown away on launch day, but I also don't want you to be surprised and feel like you've been totally blindsided and kept in the dark during the design process.

In order to secure your project date, you have to either 1) Pay a minimum 50% deposit if you are planning to pay basically in full, or 2) make your first payment on a monthly payment plan. I offer lots of options for this and strive to be as flexible as possible to make this a wise and accessible investment for your business.

Occasionally. Sometimes my clients will elect to use a customized font in their branding, and this can generate some extra cost, although it's usually $40 or less.
Using Showit for your website (depending on your current platform and needs) can sometimes even result in saved money for you! Their basic plan starts at $19/month.
